I really like this nuance between Information and Advice. Very, very valuable!
(If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you need to read the Guru Mastermind reports above before the Nerd removes them).
Eben has brilliant unique insights into the inner game of success. And your reports capture his teachings so clearly and concisely I’m hooked.
If you stop posting, I’ll seriously consider becoming a viartual stalker
I mean, where else would info addicts like us go for redemption?!

i have been thinking about starting an information business for some time now. The information that I have been able to gleam fgrom your blog has been not only an invaluble education, but has cause me to reevaluate my focus from self to customer in a profound way. For example in your last post on day 5 of the Guru Mastermind series: “Go from self interest…to the interest in others” leading from generating just information (that people may or may not want) to seeking to giving needed (therefore valuable ) advice will obviously cause that product to be so much more valuable.

Day #6A: Guru Mastermind – “The Management Pillar Pt. #2″:
You know, I have read stuff by Eben on the “free line” before but it did not click how vital this is in marketing a product until I read your post. Since I am not a marketer nor do I have a business (yet) I am clueless as to how you would do this consistently with a segment of a market (large number of unknown people).
On the other hand I see how this would be a very valuable tool in “one to one” selling or “business to business” where a lot of face to face is going on. I would guess that anyone in sales would especially find this information useful to a high degree.
Question: How much of your own interpretation of what the speaker is trying to convey goes into your notes or are you purely distilling the speaker’s information to note form?

The Note taking Nerd is my answer to prayer!
My short story. I just got the Nerds 100 page report on Get Altitude last night. If you don’t have this go to EBay NOW! You got to get this. I was desperate to try and get my notes back from the FREE content that Eben Pagan had given away as I am working on my first info product.
I had missed work to get Eben’s golden knowledge and had taken copious notes. The bad thing is I didn’t back up my files. While being treated for cancer someone stole my laptop including my product and notes.
I had been begging for help trying to reassemble what was almost a word for word record of the free content but no one would help me. No one!
The Nerd not only has taken Eben’s words to heart but as all education douse it has changed his heart. He lives Eben’s message of putting out a good product for a good price. Value for value and has “moved the free line.”
The Nerd I will be getting more of my business.

Wow I’m completely blown away by the quality of the content I’m reading in there notes!
I’ll be out of town all next week talking to doctors and highly doubt that I would be able to access the Tele-Seminar. I’m so bumbled because I really want this information. Is there anyway I could buy this information from you in some other form?

A question though – do you only provide notes from internet marketing stuff or do you have another site that sums up the personal development stuff without us having to read hundreds of pages to get to the point? If not, do you know anyone who does?

As always, great nuggets of pure gold – thank you for sharing. Just one thing … Live with the Nerd #12 left me with a really distorted image of you standing up doing your ‘work’ and I am in awe of how you achieve that? Given that you are the ‘note-taking-nerd’ (#1 or #2), I assume you are either ‘taking’ notes or ‘transcribing’ notes – standing up??? Mind you, I am further assuming that you are working on your computer and not with paper and pen but of course you may even be ‘dictating’ to ’somebody’ – hmmmm….
Anyway, best of luck today with your teleseminar although you should not need luck as you provide such great content and i am sure the teleseminar will be no different. Gutted that I cannot join you.

You talk about helping other get to the top. This service is great for beginners trying to find their way. I found it very helpful and it took some of the fear and anxiety away from me because I could not afford the prices of all the seminars and bootcamps. At least not yet, but soon!
